About the endorsement
About this programme
Effective management is essential to turn an EU-funded project into meaningful activities, high-quality results and lasting impact. Whether participants join a project during its design phase or become involved only after funding has been awarded, they need a clear understanding of the structures, responsibilities, procedures and tools required throughout implementation.
This practice-oriented programme equips professionals with the knowledge, tools and confidence needed to manage EU-funded projects effectively. Participants will learn how to organise consortium governance, coordinate activities and resources, monitor quality and risks, maximise the visibility and use of project results, and manage formal grant procedures, with a specific focus on the Funding & Tenders Portal and its SyGMa interface.
This course is offered as a set of four micro-credentials endorsed by the World Alliance for Microcredentials Foundation, providing participants with recognised evidence of their competences in European project implementation and management.
Combining expert guidance, practical tools and guided platform demonstrations, the programme enables learners to coordinate projects effectively, assure quality, communicate and exploit results, and manage formal grant procedures, with a specific focus on the Funding & Tenders Portal.
