About the endorsement

About this programme

Every year, thousands of excellent project ideas fail to secure Erasmus+ funding, not because they lack value, but because they are not translated into clear, coherent and convincing proposals.

This practical course is designed for professionals involved in Erasmus+ project development who want to move beyond supporting proposals and gain the confidence to design and write competitive applications. Participants will learn how to transform an initial idea into a structured project that responds to programme priorities, meets evaluation criteria and demonstrates clear intervention logic.

Through practical exercises, real Erasmus+ examples and collaborative proposal development, participants will strengthen their ability to analyse calls, define needs and objectives, design coherent work plans, build effective partnerships and ensure consistency between the technical proposal and the budget.

The course also introduces practical ways of using generative AI to support proposal preparation, while highlighting its limitations and the importance of critical judgement. This course is offered as a micro-credential endorsed by the World Alliance for Microcredentials Foundation, providing participants with recognised evidence of their competences in Erasmus+ proposal design and writing. Combining expert guidance with practical proposal development, the course enables learners to transform project ideas into coherent, competitive and evaluator-oriented Erasmus+ applications.
